Please contact with us at sararonline.usa@sarar.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #. A RMA request must be made within 14 business days of receipt of the product.

If the RMA is approved, a RMA # will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with information on how to return the product to SARAR.

Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility All item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags including any accessories shipped with the product.

SARAR requires that you:

Insure your package, If you are shipping an item over $100, for safe return to SARAR or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to, you will be responsible for the loss of damage to the product during shipping. 

Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method except for purchases made with a SARAR gift card. SARAR gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached.
Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SARAR merchandise purchased from retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer
