RETURNS & EXCHANGE

While we take pride in all of our SARAR products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the SARAR online store. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment

Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method except for purchases made with a SARAR gift card. SARAR gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached.
Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SARAR merchandise purchased from retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer

Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us.
